Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
The Duty Manager position at a superior hotel requires strong organisational skills, exceptional guest service, and technical ability during busy operations. As Duty Manager, you will lead by example and uphold high standards expected in the property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate on a shift basis, covering various patterns including early mornings and late nights.
* Lead and motivate staff to achieve high standards.
* Ensure all service areas are facilitated and operate to very high standards.
* Oversight of building compliance and security.
Requirements:
* A proven background in 4* hotel operations is essential.
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
* Friendly and approachable personality with excellent guest service skills.
* Fluent English and a high standard of personal presentation.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Management of staff.
* Knowledge in Food and Beverage.
