Job Overview
The Utilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of utilities within their assigned area. This involves guaranteeing that all necessary resources are available to deliver required services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders, including site managers, clients, shift leads, and engineering teams
* Coordinate work activities of a multi-skilled team, implementing optimal resource allocation strategies
* Develop and execute PM programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
* Ensure maintenance personnel possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform routine equipment maintenance
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
* Minimum of three years' industrial experience in cGMP environments
* Strong understanding of preventative maintenance principles and practices
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical, instrumentation, and process drawings
