Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time PA/Administrator and Bookkeeper to support our CEO in his business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing correspondence, maintaining files, and performing various ad-hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly assist the CEO with administrative duties including invoice processing, banking, and payments, as well as record maintenance for tax return preparation.
* Manage incoming correspondence to the CEO (post, calls, and emails) and serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from tenants.
* Maintain the CEO's files and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
* Assist the CEO with meetings, scheduling, agenda circulation, and recording minutes and actions as needed.
* Make travel arrangements for the CEO and assist the wider group with booking travel, accommodation, and meeting rooms.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties and errands as required by the CEO.
Required Competencies:

* Maturity: Demonstrated maturity in handling sensitive information and situations.
* Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying tasks and priorities.
* Financial Acumen: Proficiency in finance or bookkeeping practices.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern office software and tools.
Requirements:
* Experience in finance or bookkeeping, including banking, payments, and assisting with tax-related documents.
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is desirable.
