Job Description:
As a Marketing Account Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic opportunities for Partners and Directors to connect with clients and targets.
* Key Responsibilities:
This includes providing counsel, innovative marketing solutions, and expected return on investment. You will work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver a comprehensive Marketing plan that aligns with business strategy and financial objectives.
* Campaign Planning & Management:
Design campaign briefs, develop project plans, set timelines, and lead the broader team (events, design, digital, and PR) to execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple marketing channels targeting various segments by account, function, and industry.
* Communications Strategy:
Develop and execute effective communication plans including writing, proofing, and editorial of collateral and thought leadership copy; creation of relevant assets such as videos, social posts, and blogs working with the wider Marketing department or external vendors.
* Reporting & Measurement:
Manage and review progress, ensuring campaign impact is tracked and measured to inform future strategy and drive continuous improvement.
