About the Role
The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a new range of Ortho Surgical Devices to a specific customer base of hospitals across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
* Achieve sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Provide support to customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
* Lead business planning and implementation throughout the area of responsibility.
* Analyze new business opportunities and determine potential for new clients and markets.
* Offer feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
* Implement new product launches and other corporate activities within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in surgical sales.
* Possession of a full clean driving license.
* Nursing (RGN) or medical background an advantage.
* Specific experience with Arthroscopy Products essential.
