KCM Recruitment have several live roles for Project directors to oversee full delivery responsibility for both full project turnkey solutions and CSA/M&E main contracts on datacenters in Europe and the Middle East.
These roles will suit a Senior Project Manager/ Contracts Manager /Project Director with an existing Tier 1 Main Contractor specifically with experience in Pharma, Hospital Construction, Energy, Industrial or Commercial projects. Obviously, DC experience will be looked on favorably but not essential.
These are all fast-track projects generally lasting months often with values exceed €500 million.
Salaries and conditions can vary in these roles but essentially everything can be grossed up to an end figure. Broadly offers will included base salary/allowances/flights and apartment taxes are paid the country of deployment which obviously varies and need to be considered.
