The Hodson Bay Hotel are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Bartender. Previous experience is desired, however, we would be delighted to welcome Entry Level Bartenders who wish to learn a new set of skills
We are particularly interested in candidates who have availability on weekdays, for part time or full time hours. We have a variety of shifts available to suit all needs across the afternoon, evening and later night shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays & weekends, when needed.

Duties Will Include
- The service of food & beverages, cash handling & other related duties as required.
- Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout service.
- Assisting other F&B outlets during busy periods
- Ensure alcohol is sold responsibly as per our Responsible Sale of Alcohol policy

A Little Bit About You
- 1 year experience behind a busy bar preferred, however full training will be provided for entry level bartenders
- Knowledge of drinks and cocktails preferred
- Available to work mid-week and weekend shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate customer needs
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
