* Oversee group cash flow planning and liquidity management.
* Coordinate bank and money market account management.
* Optimise working capital and monitor foreign exchange exposure.
* Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
* Lead the annual audit process and ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
* Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.
* Coordinate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including VAT, payroll, and corporation tax.
* Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance processes.
* Develop and lead a team of finance professionals.
