Job descriptionLaharts Clonmel, new service centre for Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercials are looking to recruit a Motor Technician to join our service team in Clonmel, Tipperary.The ideal candidates will be experienced in all aspects of Volkswagen servicing and diagnostics and be capable of producing quality work in a busy environment.Responsibilities include:Service & repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and dealership standardsPerforming work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracyUsing diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectifiedExamining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is requiredComplete service documentation in line with ISO, warranty and dealership requirementsMaintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standardsRequirements:Qualified Volkswagen TechnicianAbility to work on own initiative and be a good team playerGood communication skills and the ability to identify and explain additional work requiredWill be capable of producing quality work in a busy fast paced environmentBe diligent, with a flexible approach to workFull Clean Driving LicenseRewardsA highly competitive salary & bonus package combined with a 100% commitment to training and career developmentJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Qualified Technician: 3 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:EU Driving License (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
