With over 16 years in the industry, our small but highly productive team thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment, dedicated to exceptional service, operational excellence, and seamless guest experiences.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for executing daily ticketing and inventory tasks that support sales, service delivery, and operational continuity. This role ensures the right tickets are available at the right time by maintaining accurate systems, supporting purchasing workflows, and coordinating with key teams across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily inventory-related tasks assigned by the Inventory Manager, including ticket purchasing, availability rule updates, and internal inventory system settings.Ensure accurate and timely implementation of approved ticketing strategies and settingsMonitor key venue account balances and ticket release schedules; flag issues and escalate as neededAccurately log purchases and transactions in internal tracking systems, supporting Finance with required updatesCollaborate with Fulfillment Specialists on venue-specific ticketing tasks (e.g., Eiffel Tower, Vesuvius, Parc Güell)Support inventory documentation, including workflow SOPs, knowledge management (e.g., HWGT), and improvement suggestionsUse internal tools (BlueMoon, ticketing platforms, etc.) consistently and correctly according to defined processesContribute to process improvements and flag tooling or system issues to the Inventory ManagerSkills & ExperienceStrong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in repetitive operational tasksProficient in using digital systems and tools, with the ability to follow established workflows and adapt to new processesComfortable with structured, task-based work and able to meet daily and weekly deadlinesClear written communication for internal and external coordinationPrior experience in ticketing, tourism, inventory operations, or administrative support preferredReliable, proactive, and willing to raise questions or flag issues when unclearBasic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools a plusAvailability to work scheduled shifts as part of a coordinated operations teamPosition DetailsType:Full time role, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as required for successful execution of role).Location:Location: fully remote, with the opportunity to collaborate in person at our Dublin or Rome offices if based nearby.Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus.Join UsIf you are a meticulous and analytical professional passionate about inventory management and operational efficiency in the travel industry, we want to hear from you.
