Overview
Within this role you will lead all aspects of a team of QA employees within the Material and Supplier Quality area.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and excellence internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Review and approve documents relating to area functions, including QC test data, specifications, failure investigations, change controls, SOPs, validation protocols, summary reports, and SCAR records (Supplier Corrective Action Request).
Coordinate QA resources assigned to the functional area to meet goals and timelines, prioritizing activities with area management.
Perform compliance monitoring of area operations, including trend analysis of SCARs/MARs and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Generate monthly trend data on release cycle times and SCAR/MAR cycle times.
Support the Supplier Quality Group.
Review customer requirements and implement required processes to meet quality expectations regarding suppliers.
Participate in regulatory and customer audits.
Qualifications

BSc/BEng in a scientific discipline or related field.
8+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Supervisory experience required.
For Manager: minimum 7 years of experience; for Senior Manager: minimum 8 years of experience.
