Compensation Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to oversee the entire compensation cycle for a large, multi-site workforce across Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end compensation processing for 370+ employees
* Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
* Administer employee benefits, pension plans, and compensation reconciliations
* Prepare monthly reports and assist with compensation audits
* Solve compensation queries promptly and professionally
* Maintain up-to-date records of compensation legislation and knowledge
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in compensation management, preferably in manufacturing or production
* IPASS or equivalent qualification is desirable
* Strong Excel skills; proficiency in specialized software such as Collsoft an advantage
* Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
* Strong communication and organizational skills
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
