Main Responsibilities:
* NMBI Registration (RNID desirable) for professional credibility.
* A Management Qualification (FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent) for strategic leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
* Able to work effectively with families and wider multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
