Document Operations Lead
This role provides high-level support in the preparation, management, and formatting of legal documents.
1. Provide expert support in the use of MS 365 applications and specialized document management tools.
2. Assist in creating, formatting, and quality checking complex legal documents.
3. Prepare client-facing documents and forms tailored to client-specific requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing, updating, and maintaining precedent documents and templates.
* Drafting initial versions of large transactional documents.
* Sharing best practices and providing guidance on document creation processes.
Requirements for success:
* Extensive experience working with legal documents in a professional environment.
* Strong proficiency in MS365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, document comparison tools, and SharePoint.
