Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics operations. The successful candidate will have a strategic understanding of supply chain management and its key functions, as well as proven experience in developing strategic plans and designing new solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer acquisition and onboarding through effective relationship building and negotiation
* Managing the Supply Chain Department with focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality
* Profit contribution by identifying and designing new solutions and services to meet customer needs
* Development of strategic plans by studying market trends, technological advancements, and financial opportunities
* Ensuring Supply Chain objectives in terms of Health & Safety, quality, productivity, and cost are delivered
* Leading outstanding service to customers through effective team management and collaboration
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator/presenter with strong leadership skills, able to influence strategy and make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
