Requirements
Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered.
Experience in Oncology highly beneficial.
Hospital experience preferred.
Relevant Degree.
Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development and role-specific learning.
Ability to demonstrate:
Excellent planning, organisational and resource management skills
Experience of change management and quality improvement initiatives
Years of Experience Required for Varying Roles
Basic Grade Pharmacists (minimum 1 year post registration experience)
Senior Pharmacists (minimum 3 years post registration experience)
Specialist Advanced Pharmacists (minimum 4 years post registration experience)
