Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
* Manage headcount fulfillment for multinational clients.
* Coordinate communications with multiple stakeholders.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Recruitment Management:
* Oversee client recruitment processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
* Coordinate candidate sourcing and attraction activities.
* Support workforce management with onsite HR activities.
Staff Management:
* Lead and develop the CWF recruitment team.
* Set objectives, monitor, and report KPIs weekly.
* Represent the business unit at manager meetings.
Business Development:
* Foster new business opportunities.
* Identify opportunities within existing client services.
* Assist in proposal or request for tender development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Clean driving license.
* Previous people management experience.
* Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously for large, complex accounts and corporate clients.
* Proficiency in IT skills and technology, focusing on streamlining and creating efficiencies using existing tools (knowledge of applicant tracking systems is an advantage).
