With a key focus on the Infrastructure, Energy and RenewableEnergy market in Ireland and across Europe the opportunity to own, grow and develop this arm ofthe business is significant and will act as a catalyst for a career as a leader within the firm.The Role AspectsLead origination and business development initiatives across energy & utilities, transport, and social infrastructure sectors, with a focus on expanding the firm's footprint in local Irish and European marketsLeverage strong existing client and industry relationships to originate and secure new mandates, partnerships, and investment opportunitiesFocus on deep financial analysis of financial models to accurately reflect underlying documentation / deal commercials and to support complex financial decision making.Drive project structuring and capital raising (equity and debt) for infrastructure projects, aligning with the clients' objectivesManage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration with teams across multiple offices and different workstreamsBring 12 –15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development, investment, or advisory with a blend of sector expertiseRepresent the company at industry forums and client engagements, acting as a senior ambassador within the infrastructure domain locally and across European markets.Strong analytical and oral / written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice.You:The successful candidate will have at least 15 plus years' experience within the Corporate Finance, Project Finance and or Origination space coming from a Consulting and or Banking background. You will demonstrate excellent technical understanding from a Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling perspective coupled with a strong Origination track record.On Offer:This is a unique opportunity to take on a lead role within the firm on a European wide basis but being based out of Dublin.
