We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Porter to join our team. This is a key role within the hotel, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and protocols
* Support with regular property walks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees
* Prepare the hotel for the next day by setting up breakfast and maintaining cleanliness and presentation
* Utilize all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
