Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of regular payroll cycles
* Collaborate with department heads to verify payroll data accuracy
* Address employee inquiries professionally and efficiently
* Partner with the HR team on staff deductions, contract changes, and onboarding/offboarding processes
This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least two years of experience in high-volume payroll environments
* Strong understanding of relevant Irish legislation and benefits administration
* Proven ability to manage payroll for large teams (typically over 400 employees)
* Effective communicator capable of collaborating across departments
* Familiarity with payroll systems like Quantum highly desirable
