We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sous Chef to join our team in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.
Requirements for Success
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef is essential for this role.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment is required.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary to thrive in this position.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
* This full-time position includes flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Packages Available
* A competitive salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
