**Job Title:** Deputy General Manager
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Deputy General Manager. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring exceptional food and world-class customer service.

* Ensure compliance with all policies, food safety standards, and health & safety regulations.
* Communicate clearly and consistently across teams to meet targets and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
* Passionate about food, service, and team development.
* Experience managing teams in a hospitality or food-focused environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Strong commercial awareness with a focus on results and innovation.
* Confident working with stakeholders at all levels and driving high standards across the board.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and industry-relevant practices.
* Hold or be willing to work towards relevant food hygiene and safety certifications.
