We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a great passion for food and hospitality.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen and all back of house areas. This includes:
* To take direction from the Head Chef and assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
* To assist in the preparation of food according to recipes and cooking standards.
* To adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
* Provide a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and possess excellent attention to detail. They should also have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with team members and be a team player.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
* Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
* Excellent chefing skills.
* Food production expertise.
