Logistics Operations Coordinator
The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services, adhering to customer expectations and administrative protocols.
* Effective management of warehouse facilities, maintaining a safe, organized, and controlled work environment.
* Accurate recording and reporting of material/plant deliveries and collections at the depot location.
* Record-keeping and notification of delivery/collection of company assets and machinery to suppliers/site locations.
* Documentation and tracking of issue and return of equipment to site personnel.
* Regular plant and vehicle inspections as required by the Plant & Transport Manager.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an industrial/construction setting, preferably with experience handling stock and equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This involves managing inventory, monitoring supply chains, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
