We're looking for a
Junior IT Helpdesk Support Technician
to join a leading global social media tech company in Dublin If you have a passion for troubleshooting, a strong technical mindset, and enjoy providing top-notch support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system functionality problems.
* Perform remote software installations and assist with hardware setup.
* Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
* Support Windows & Mac OS environments.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of system troubleshooting, OS support (Windows/Mac), and hardware deployment.
* Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions is a plus.
Details:
Location: Dublin 4, onsite (5 days/week).
Contract: 11 months.
Hourly rate: €21.50
