We're currently recruiting a Receptionist / Concierge to become part of the Rapport Guest Services Team, based at our client's office in Dublin 1.
In this front-of-house role with a touch of facilities, you'll be the first point of contact for occupiers and visitors, delivering exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 8AM – 5:30PM).
Salary: €38,******,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, managing reception and lobby hosting.
Manage the daily flow of activity, support high-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome visitors.
Ensure professional, friendly, and memorable interactions with a strong focus on customer service.
Coordinate facilities, support the Building Manager, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
