Base pay range Site Manager - Residential Company - Up to €75,000 per annum + Company Vehicle About Your New Employer A reputable company specializing in housing and residential projects.

The projects they have are long term housing project in East & North Cork.
About Your New Job You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Managing subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met.
You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality.
You will prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
You will manage site documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What Skills You Need Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, particularly in housing and residential projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle project challenges and ensure timely completion.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
