We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and solution driven individual to join as a Maintenance Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be the interface between the our domestic ventilation customers and our skilled maintenance team.
(S)He will need to be outgoing and friendly, and focused on ensuring our customers have a positive experience in their dealings with the company.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator to support our operations team.
In this role, you'll manage daily scheduling, update the CRM system, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
You'll monitor jobs, resolve scheduling issues, and help maintain efficient workflows.
This is a key position for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and keeping operations running seamlessly.

Cork, we provide services to some of the largest and best known builders in Cork city and county.
We also provide services for individual homeowners.
Our Products and Services include: Domestic ventilation, Solar PV, Airtightness testing, Sound insulation testing, Maintenance of various systems.
About you
Located near/in Ovens or Ballincollig areas.
Experience in Office Administration.
Confident in the use of IT systems and applications and the ability to learn new systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office packages - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work in fast paced environment.
A strong team player.
