Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Operations Manager
The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day activities within a fast-paced, GDP/GMP-regulated environment to ensure the efficient and compliant distribution of medical equipment and supplies.
1. Operational Leadership: Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of medical and pharmaceutical products. Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
2. Inventory & Compliance: Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory optimization to minimize errors and discrepancies.
3. People Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of five warehouse operatives, focusing on their growth and development to enhance team performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulated frameworks such as GDP, GMP, or GXP, and experience in people management with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams effectively.
