The position of Chef de Partie is a pivotal role within our culinary team.
We are seeking an accomplished and organized individual to manage various kitchen sections, including hot and cold kitchens, as well as the pastry kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity and possess exceptional time management skills to ensure high-quality food is produced efficiently for our customers.
In this role, you will assist the Head Chef and senior chefs during service, manage stock levels, and help maintain the kitchen's health and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities include cooking food to order, running a section of the kitchen with junior chefs, and collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional results.
