Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager I. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading the clinical management of the Theatre Scrub Nursing ward.
Responsibilities will include providing safe and comprehensive nursing care to patients, coordinating with other teams to ensure efficient patient throughput processes, and maintaining accreditation standards within the ward.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to promote good teamwork and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and deploy nursing and support staff

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications
* Registered with the NMBI
* Minimum of five years' experience as a staff nurse in a theatre setting
* At least one year's experience in a management position

* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Continuing professional development
