Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Collaborate with Sales and operational leadership to define and deliver KPIs that drive SSC productivity, contribution, and strategic performance.
Serve as SSC’s primary Finance and Operations business partner, providing visibility and analysis on resource investments and operational effectiveness.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on standardization, scalability, and best practice adoption using structured problem‑solving tools (e.g., root cause analysis, stakeholder charters, cross‑functional workshops).
Gather feedback from EMEA management on SSC performance and coordinate with relevant teams to implement effective countermeasures.
Operational Excellence & Team Development
Manage core Finance operations including statutory reporting, local tax compliance, cash management, payroll, invoicing/order management, and facilities.
Evolve channel partners/distributors, recommend programs to drive growth objectives, and create key metrics measuring market effectiveness.
Build, coach, and scale a high‑performing team, fostering skill development and career growth with a regional (EMEA) perspective.
Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across multi‑entities.
Collaboration & Communication
Foster strong, cross‑functional relationships across EMEA, acting as a connector between sales management, controllers, and corporate headquarters.
Drive a customer‑centric, transparent approach, providing regular updates and visibility to regional and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in business partnerships, particularly with Sales Operations and Finance management.
Proven track record leading business transformation, cross‑functional change initiatives, and scaling business operations.
Expertise in process improvement, KPI creation and adoption, and driving adoption of best‑in‑class measurement frameworks.
University degree in finance or related field; ACA/ACCA and/or advanced degree preferred.
Fluent English required; additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent) is required; 5 years of management experience is required.
