Job Title: Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team in Carlow Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our store, leading a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and maximize our contribution to our services.
* Assist in the management and development of the store in line with our business strategy and agreed financial targets.
* Train, supervise, and manage store staff, both paid and voluntary, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
* Maintain the appearance of the store internally and externally to meet brand standards and attract customers.

* Strong commercial experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
