Drainage Surveying Office / Technical Administrator
in
Tipperary
.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and expanding business that provides essential environmental and drainage solutions across Ireland, You'll be part of a professional and dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to both commercial and domestic clients.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll support the coordination of projects, ensure smooth communication between teams, and play a key part in the commercial administration of the business.
Key responsibilities:
Support commercial aspects including preparing and sending quotes to clients and prospective customers
Review drainage camera crew reports and ensure data accuracy
Plan and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
Coordinate crews, equipment, and resources on a daily basis
Review completed jobs to ensure accurate invoicing
Act as a key link between clients, field crews, and management, managing communication and expectations throughout each project
What we're looking for
IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to learn and upskill in new software systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive team player with attention to detail and a focus on quality service
