Project Manager Dublin €90-100k Car fuel card phone laptop Role Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, executing, monitoring, and completing transmission power projects from start to finish. This critical role ensures project objectives are met by coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, aligning delivery with overall organizational goals. Key Accountabilities: End-to-End Delivery: Full accountability for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to contract requirements. Quality & Standards: Setting and enforcing project/contract standards. Programme Delivery: Planning, reviewing, and ensuring the timely delivery of all contract programmes. Leadership: Line management of all site-based management staff (Site, Assistant Site, Section Managers). Relationship Management: Effective client and subcontractor relationship management, fostering a collaborative approach and providing regular progress updates. Risk Mitigation: Ensuring all necessary risk assessments are created, reviewed, and in place. Issue Management: Resolving most operational issues independently, escalating business-critical items to the Project Director. Commercial Management: Oversight of all commercial activities, including gross margin delivery, cost control, and financial metrics. Subcontractor Oversight: Performance management of all subcontractors. Required Experience & Skills: Sector Experience: Specific experience in underground cabling, civils, or power infrastructure projects. Management Experience: Prior experience in a Project Managerial role managing complex, multi-discipline enhancement projects. Project Control: Proven ability to deliver projects within strict programme and cost controls. Stakeholder Skills: Excellent ability to manage stakeholders and build strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
