This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 2 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing who is eager to evolve our customer journeys through automation, personalisation, and data-driven insights. You will support the execution of CRM campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver engaging customer experiences. We are currently recruiting for a Group CRM Executive to join our Central Office team at an exciting time of growth and development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an influential role in an ambitious and expanding organisation. Overview of position We are looking for a driven, creative, detail-oriented individual with astute analytical abilities who loves to own and champion the end-to-end strategy across all CRM marketing channels. Key responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys. Manage and segment customer data to improve lifecycle targeting and campaign performance. Collaborate with PPC, SEO, and social teams to ensure consistency across channels. Monitor campaign performance and present insights to inform future marketing activities. Ensure GDPR compliance and support internal data protection policies. Create and disseminate branded B2C email campaigns and B2B communications. Respond to guest feedback and support ad-hoc hotel CRM requirements. Key requirements: 1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing roles. Strong interest in CRM, customer experience, and digital journeys. Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe AEP, Dotdigital, MailChimp). Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in hospitality or multi-brand environments is a plus.
