Clinical Lead Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to fill the role of Clinical Lead Nurse.
* Fully manage and maintain clinical standards and policies ensuring exceptional patient care.
* Maintain compliance among nursing staff and oversee accurate drug administration.
* Create and manage monthly stock inventories, ensuring timely orders are placed for goods.
* Maintain open collaboration with Care Assistants and Staff Nurses, as well as work closely with the Director of Nursing on performance reviews and training.
* Evaluate recent admissions to guarantee thorough planning, execution and assessment of care.
The Clinical Lead Nurse will have the capacity to support the Director of Nursing in all duties, allowing for seamless transition during annual leave periods. Daily tasks such as roster monitoring, handovers and resident advancement assessments will fall under their responsibilities.
