Restaurant Management Position

The Restaurant and Bar Manager oversees the Food and Beverage team ensuring exceptional standards of service are delivered to guests.


* Manage all aspects of Bar and Restaurant Operations
* Effectively communicate with relevant parties
* Lead your department in a structured and organized manner
* Deliver an exceptional experience to all guests in accordance with established service standards
* Possess a 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a busy 4* Hotel Bar/Restaurant
* Be self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a good ability to lead, mentor and motivate a busy team
