The Role:

You'll be mixing up great drinks, chatting with guests, and creating a relaxed, enjoyable vibe that keeps people coming back. It's all about making sure every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent guest service, exceeding expectations and handling complaints professionally.
* Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing excellent service.
* Maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
* Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
