We work with leading grocery chains, coffee shops, and foodservice partners to provide easy to use matcha based-products without compromising on taste or quality. As a small, entrepreneurial team, we move quickly, experiment often, and give people real ownership from day one.

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is well-suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, growing business.

Responsibilities

* Administrative Support: Manage incoming emails, calls, and inquiries while assisting with meeting scheduling and team coordination.
* Document Preparation: Create, edit, and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence. Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems.
* Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
* Customer and Client Support: Respond to basic customer, vendor, and partner inquiries with professionalism and timely communication.
* Office Coordination: Support general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing deliveries, and maintaining an organized workspace.
* Scheduling Support: Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal communication around team schedules.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for invoices, receipts, and internal documentation.
* Task and Project Support: Assist with small projects, follow-up tasks, and action items across departments.
* Expense Tracking: Collect receipts, record small expenses, and support finance with simple documentation tasks.
* General Support: Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to contribute to efficient business operations.
