Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Operational Readiness Analyst) to join their dynamic team as soon as possible. About the Role
The Operational Readiness Analyst plays a pivotal role in assessing business and technical readiness before changes are implemented. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring all dependencies are identified, risks are mitigated, and successful change implementation is achieved. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess business and technical readiness ahead of system or process changes.
* Maintain readiness checklists and playbooks; track and report readiness status.
* Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure all dependencies are managed.
* Plan and execute partner and end‑to‑end functional testing.
* Support cutover planning, dry runs, and hypercare activities.
* Document standard operating procedures, escalation paths, process maps, and continuity of business (COB) plans.
* Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
* Participate in test environment data setup and ensure test evidence aligns with requirements.
* Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure strict adherence to change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience within Custody or Digital Assets is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven experience in designing and executing testing plans, including partner testing.
* Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
