We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage quality assurance and control processes for our clients. This role will cover one of the largest construction projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients on quality-related issues to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
* Manage quality documentation using Fieldview and Viewpoint systems to maintain accurate records and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
* Develop, review, and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and procedures to ensure they align with industry best practices.
Requirements:
* Civil engineering or construction management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in quality management with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
