Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Compliance:
* Oversight of complete accounts receivable and payable operations across four countries.
* Multi-currency invoicing and payment transactions processing.
Accounting Systems Management:
Reconfiguration of accounting software to reflect current organisational restructuring, ensuring accurate financial infrastructure and discipline for growth.
Payroll Administration:
Coordinated monthly payroll processing for Ireland employees, with timely coordination with UK payroll providers.
Management Accounting & Business Partnership:
Production of accurate management accounts each month, along with clear variance analysis in monthly financial reports.
Year-End & Statutory Compliance:
Coordination of year-end accounts preparation with external accountants, ensuring all statutory filings and compliance requirements are met.
