Product Development Manager
Our company seeks an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of our medical device products.
* Manage and develop senior engineers, providing clear goals and objectives, development feedback, and opportunities for growth.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
* At least 7 years of experience in product development, preferably in the medical device industry.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in people mentoring and development.
* Demonstrated expertise in process implementation, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
* Health and safety management in the test laboratory.
* Development of robust engineering practices and processes.
* Regulatory submission-ready documentation preparation.
* Clinical activities support, including limited clinical case support.
* Root cause investigations of identified product failure modes.
