Patrick J Sweeney Solicitors, are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join their team in Donegal.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing and typing correspondence, legal documents, and forms
* Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, counsel, and external agencies
* Handling dictation, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties
* Assisting with billing, diary management, and court filings
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Skills and experience:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a general practice or similar legal environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* Excellent typing, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, courteous, and client-focused approach
