Saint John of God Liffey Services invites applications for the post of Basic Grade Speech and Language Therapist. This is a permanent full-time position covering Dublin Southwest and Kildare. Speech & Language Therapist - Basic Grade Permanent - Full-time The successful candidate must: Have a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. Have an undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in dysphagia. Be registered or in the process of registering with CORU. Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, communication and organisational skills. Have a full clean driver's licence and access to a car. Desirable: Experience working with adults with intellectual disability (including placements). Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Knowledge and experience working with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). Have completed Lmh training. Experience delivering family and staff training programmes. Demonstrate a knowledge of and commitment to a person-centered, rights-based and neurodiversity affirming approach to service delivery.
