Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to develop your market niche, aided by the guidance of an experienced mentor, as well as the support of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pitching Realtime's services to clients and candidates
* Opening and growing new accounts, plus expanding existing key accounts
* Sourcing and qualifying tech candidates for current client needs and pipeline
* Writing job adverts and engaging content
* Leveraging LinkedIn for searches, ads, campaigns, and insights
* Using social media for sourcing and increasing knowledge
* Managing interviews, offers, expectations and feedback throughout the process
* Logging activity on Realtime's CRM
* Fee negotiation, managing SLAs, and overseeing SOWs
* Attending networking events to build relationships and stay on top of market trends
About You:
* Experienced in 360 Agency Recruitment (candidate and client management)
* A people person who enjoys developing relationships
* Solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Excellent customer service and negotiation experience
* Comfortable working to targets
* Collaborative team player—big emphasis on being a team player in Realtime
* Growth mindset: eager to learn, embrace new tech and new ways of working as the market evolves
* Proactive person who looks to make things happen
* Confident to bring new ideas to a business where everyone has a voice at the table
