The role
Cairn Homes is seeking a Building Services Engineer to assist in managing Mechanical and Electrical services design and installation on high-density residential projects. The role reports to the Building Services Manager and emphasizes coordinating M&E interfaces across design and construction teams.You will travel between sites around greater Dublin, oversee M&E sub-contractors, and support problem solving on site while aiming for on-time delivery and quality standards.
