Hotel Killarney is currently seeking full-time and part-time Food & Beverage Assistants to join our friendly and dynamic team. We offer flexible shift patterns, including morning shifts, straight shifts, evening service, and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and serve breakfast and/or dinner in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, tidy, and ready for service
* Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
* Take food and drink orders and process them accurately
* Clear tables and assist with reset for the next service
* Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Support colleagues and work as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
* Comfortable with early mornings and/or evening shifts
* Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly and professional manner with guests and team members
* Available to work midweek and weekends
* A team player with a passion for hospitality
