Head of Sales - Galway - Onsite
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of our clients print and online offering while driving new business development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the display sales department, leading a dynamic sales team, achieving revenue targets, and identifying opportunities for future company expansion.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the display sales department, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
2. Develop and implement strategies to grow print and online advertising revenue.
3. Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to deliver high-quality results.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners.
5. Identify, develop, and project manage new business opportunities in collaboration with the CEO.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Deliver exceptional client service and ensure campaign success from inception to completion.
8. Prepare and present regular performance and revenue reports to senior management.
Requirements:
9. Minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
10. Experience in the media or digital industries is an advantage.
11. People management experience is preferred.
12. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
13. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
14. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
15. Full, clean driving licence and own transport are essential.
